The spacious room with a great view and the friendly reception staff made our stay good. Enjoying the variety of local pubs and restaurants nearby added a lovely touch to our getaway.

The place was exceptionally clean and high-class, it had professional staff from the receptionist to the waiters and management. The location was handy, near a county museum.

The bed was extremely uncomfortable and old. The TV was ancient and because the rooms are v large it makes it worse. The food in the bar was poor, my starter salad was drowned in vinegar. The fish was tiny in a large piece of batter. The staff were great. But the owners should recognise that the days of packing them in and not caring about repeat business are well gone

The room was warm and comfy, but the breakfast was a bit limited. Loved the friendly staff, though was nice.

We stayed one night. We were in very spacious room on 5th floor and were more than happy with it. We also enjoyed a lovely breakfast with great choice. However, other people we knew who stayed there on the same nignt were not happy, particularly with the central heating which they found much too hot. Most managed to turn it off but some could not do so and did not sleep for the heat. Some said very good things about the evening meal they had in the hotel. We will gladly rerurn to the Brandon but will look to be accommodated on the 5th floor. I hope this helps.

Very pleasant bar staff and mostly in reception Definitely more bad points than good
Stayed for four nights first given a room on 2nd floor which was old, grubby and grim, dirty bed linen and very old and musty smell. When we complained we were transferred to 5th floor which was newly decorated and much more pleasant. The bar area where we would have liked to congregate with our friends and meet for a night out was cold and draughty we complained to staff more than once who told us heating was not working properly it should be fixed tomorrow but it never was. There was a large fire at the end of the room with a flat screen television above, when we asked for this to be switched on we were told it was for decorative purposes only, so we decided to meet elsewhere and spend our money elsewhere too! I was recommended this hotel by a local person who obviously had not stayedd there but had assumed it was as good as it was when built, I would not recommend people to stay here unless you had with you clothes that you would wear in the artic circle. So sorry as this spoilt our short break.

It was just an excellent fit for a momentary visit in Tralee with very nice value for money. The staff at the leisure centre were very friendly and made my visit enjoyable. Make sure to check the room temperature upon arrival to avoid discomfort during your stay.

The front of reception staff were extremely helpful and kind. Breakfast was quite tasty and cleanliness quite good,
The hotel although comfortable is a little outdated and was lacking in utilities you would find in any other hotel eg. iron trouser press and tv was old with not many channels to choose from

Make sure to get double room with Jacuzzi as well as over 20 large round tables. The breakfast is nice hot, and the location is ideal really close to the Brandon : and great exhibitions and close to entertainment and bars close by.

It was closeto other hotels so we could have a nice meal & drinks and freindly company
The hotel looked a million dollars in foyer but the hotel hallways and rooms smelt the staff were indifferent to us as customers we felt very unwelcome
