The spacious room with a great view and the friendly reception staff made our stay delightful. Enjoying the variety of local pubs and restaurants nearby added a lovely touch to our getaway.

Rooms need significant updates!!! Sound insulation is terrible, making it impossible to have a peaceful night's sleep!!! Unusual key setup feels outdated and unwelcoming!!! Heating issues made the stay uncomfortable!!!

The room was warm and comfy, but the breakfast was a bit limited. Loved the friendly staff, though, they really made the stay sweet as!

It was just an excellent fit for a momentary visit in Tralee with incredible value for money. The staff at the leisure centre were very friendly and made my visit enjoyable. Make sure to check the room temperature upon arrival to avoid discomfort during your stay.

We had a fab stay for 1 night. The room was super clean and comfy, and the staff really made us feel welcome. The full Irish breakfast was def the highlight, so tasty! Just wish there was more variety in the breakfast choices.

the staff were really friendly and welcoming, always made me feel at home. location is amazin, so close to shops and restaurants! the leisure center and gym were also excellent, had a great time working out. parking was super easy too! room was clean and comfy and had everything i needed for a short stay.

the breakfast selection was pretty limited tho. also, the room could use a few more power outlets for charging stuff.

The rooms definitely show their age, with dated decor and some furniture that could use a major update. the peeling wallpaper is hard to miss. On top of that, the breakfast menu left something to be desired, particularly in terms of variety, as I hoped for more than a limited selection and no options for cooked-to-order meals. Plus, the noise levels were a bit of a problem—sounds from the hallway really carried into the room, especially noticeable during early morning hours. It also felt cramped in the breakfast area, which could be easily improved with a different table arrangement.

Just an optimal selection for a swift stopover in Tralee with decent value for money. The staff were very pleasant and accommodating during my stay. Ensure to ask for extra toiletries upon check-in to avoid any hassle later.

the brandon hotel is a lovely place to stay. the room was bright and very clean, with easy access via the lift. i loved the large carpark at the back. also, being so close to a park for the kids made our stay even better. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful!

would recommend.
